Anxiety is one of the most common mental health concerns that individuals face. If you struggle with anxiety, you know how debilitating it can be to your ability to function at home, work, or school. You may feel like you know you don’t have anything to fear in certain situations, but your body responds like you do. It’s like your body is responding to a false alarm.
There are many different causes to anxiety such as overscheduling, poor boundaries, perfectionism, and feelings of low self esteem/self worth. By evaluating your particular life situation and stressors, I can help you develop a roadmap to having a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
We will work together to examine your thought process, relax your body, and identify prior life experiences that have lead you to where you are today. Chronic anxiety is not something you have to tolerate long term. There is hope to get to a deeper level of healing and feel better.
