Individual Counseling

$125 for 50 minute session.

Intensive Therapy

1 day, 6 hours with 1 hr lunch break in the middle ($1200).

Insurance Information

As of 2024, I am no longer on any insurance panels. I am able to provide a superbill for out of network billing. Please contact your insurance company for more information about out of network billing.

If you need to find a lower cost provider, check here. Finding a local university with a counseling center may also be a good place to start if you have never been to therapy before.
